Bree Peters

Brittany "Bree" Peters, born on April 18, 1985, is a New Zealand stage, film, and television actress, director, stunt performer, and acting coach. She is widely recognized for her roles in the soap operas "Shortland Street" as Pania Stevens (2014–2015) and "Home and Away" as Gemma Parata (2020). Her career, active since 2002, also includes appearances in television series such as "The Almighty Johnsons," "Nothing Trivial," "The Brokenwood Mysteries," "Sweet Tooth" (where she also worked as a child acting coach), "Good Grief," and "Friends Like Her." Peters has also taken on directing roles, notably for the award-winning comedy "Raised by Refugees." She is the daughter of Louise, a primary school teacher, and Winston Peters, who currently serves as Deputy Prime Minister of New Zealand.
