Eugenie Bondurant is an American actress, model, singer, and acting coach, known for her distinctive appearance and commanding screen presence. Born on April 27, 1961, in New Orleans, Louisiana, she began her career as a high-fashion model, working internationally in Paris, New York, and Milan after being discovered while attending the University of Alabama. Her unique look eventually led her to film and television roles, where she developed a reputation for playing mysterious and unconventional characters.She is best known for portraying Tigris in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 and Isla the occultist in The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It. Her other screen credits include Fight Club, Fear of Rain, Darlin’, and Marvel’s Werewolf by Night. Outside of film, Bondurant is also an accomplished performer in theater and cabaret and co-founded the Radio Theater Project in Florida.A cancer survivor, she has spoken openly about the personal strength and transformation that experience brought her. Eugenie is also a certified Meisner acting coach and has taught at respected studios and conservatories, helping train the next generation of performers. She is married to musician and director Paul Wilborn, and together they perform live music and storytelling as part of the American Songbook Series.
