Jacqueline Byers is a Canadian actress, born on September 14, 1989, in Toronto, Ontario, and raised in the nearby suburb of Mississauga. She began acting in local theatre productions at the age of 12 and continued to pursue her passion by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, where she was also part of the Lacrosse Varsity team. Her early screen work included a minor role in the holiday TV-movie Blizzard (2003). Byers' career transitioned to high-profile television with her co-starring role as Nora Bryce in the science fiction miniseries Ascension (2014) and later as Natalie Shayne in the Showtime series Roadies (2016). She gained further recognition as a main cast member playing Jillian Hayes in the CBS sci-fi drama series Salvation (2017–2018). She also appeared in the film Bad Samaritan (2018) and the series Dark Winds (2023). Byers is most notably known for her lead role as Sister Ann in the 2022 supernatural horror film Prey for the Devil.
