Jake Ivano Francois, born on September 26, 1995, in Palermo, Sicily, Italy, is an Italian/Mauritian actor known for his versatile performances across film and television. With a strong dedication to authentic storytelling, his career has spanned various countries and genres, showcasing his range in both dramatic and comedic roles. Jake's artistic journey began at the age of 14 with a stage debut in Little Thumb. To pursue his acting aspirations after high school, he worked different jobs and later earned scholarships to prestigious acting schools in 2017. His breakthrough came in the same year when he was cast in Serenity (2018), alongside Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway, which marked his entry into the international film scene.
