Julee Cerda is a South Korean-born American actress based in New York, born on January 29, 1978. She was raised simultaneously in New York and the Dominican Republic, as her mother is Korean and her father is Dominican. She is an alumna of Marist College, where she studied. Cerda has built a substantial career in both film and television, with notable television roles including Stephanie in the Disney+ series The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers, Ivy Sands in Blindspot, Reiko Umon in Homeland, Mika Prada in Marvel's Iron Fist, and guest appearances in popular shows like House of Cards, Billions, Orange Is the New Black, and Kevin Can Wait. Her film credits include Passengers, The Intern, and Vacation Friends 2, as well as playing the Evil Stepmother in the Disney+ original film Descendants: The Rise of Red. On the stage, she has performed on Broadway in the 2018 revival of Children of a Lesser God as Edna Klein and in the 2025 production of Othello as Bianca. Cerda is married to John Dutton, whom she wed in 2013.
