Kiara Liz Ortega Delgado, born on August 23, 1993, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is a multifaceted Puerto Rican actress, dancer, model, and beauty pageant titleholder. Her journey into the spotlight began at the age of 12 when she enrolled in the José Julián Acosta y Calvo specialized acting school in Old San Juan, where she studied until she was 17. At 25, Kiara Liz represented Rincón in the Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2018 competition and was crowned the winner. This title allowed her to represent Puerto Rico at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant in Bangkok, Thailand, where she achieved a Top 5 placement, marking Puerto Rico's first Top 5 finish since 2009.Following her reign as Miss Universe Puerto Rico, Kiara Liz signed with One Management Modeling Agency in New York. After working as a model for several months, she returned to Puerto Rico and made her professional acting debut in the play "Cállate." In 2020, she showcased her dancing skills on the reality show "Mira Quien Baila," ultimately winning the eighth season. The same year, she also began her hosting career as a backstage host for Univision's "¿Quién es la Máscara?".Kiara Liz has since built a steady acting career, appearing in the movies "Millonario sin Amor" (2021) and "Panama" (2022), where she made her Hollywood debut. She has also starred in television series such as "La Mujer del Diablo" (2022-2023) and has an upcoming role in "Law & Order: Organized Crime" (2025). In addition to her acting work, she has also been a backstage host for "Mira Quien Baila All Stars."
