He comes from a family deeply rooted in the performing arts, with his father, Eugenio Marinelli, being an actor and voice actor, and his aunt, Sonia Scotti, also an actress and voice actress. Marinelli honed his craft at the prestigious Silvio D'Amico National Academy of Dramatic Art, graduating in 2009.He rose to prominence with a series of impactful performances in Italian cinema. His breakout role was as Mattia in the 2010 drama "The Solitude of Prime Numbers."
