Maria Morera Colomer

María Morera Colomer is a Spanish actress, born in Begur, Catalonia, in 2003. She is a Catalan actress and singer who has risen to prominence in Spanish cinema early in her career. Her native languages are Catalan and Spanish. She studied at the acting school of Laura Jou and is currently studying a degree in Humanities at Pompeu Fabra University. Morera made her film debut starring as Sara Amat in the film Life Without Sara Amat (La vida sense la Sara Amat) in 2019, a role she reprised in the 2022 series sequel, Cucut. She achieved a major career milestone by starring as Nora in Clara Roquet's film Libertad (2021), for which she won the Gaudí Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role in 2022. Her other film credits include the short films Son pardos and Flechas (2022) and the feature film The 47 (El 47) (2024). On television, her work includes appearances in the series Buga Buga (2021) and a main role in the 2024 series Jo mai mai.
