Melanie Haynes is a highly experienced American actress with a career spanning over three decades in film, television, and voice acting. Her passion for acting began at a very young age, leading her to earn a bachelor's degree and teaching certificate in Theater and English from the University of Houston. After a period of dancing with Patsy Swayze's Houston Jazz Ballet Company, she transitioned to on-camera acting and voice-over work, quickly establishing herself in both fields.Melanie has an extensive list of credits, showcasing her versatility. In film, she has appeared in notable productions like "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse" (where she voiced the Brooklyn Visions Teacher), "Hereditary," "A Country Called Home," "My Christmas Inn," "Antiquities," and the upcoming "California King" (2025) as Ms. Duvernay.
