Zare's career as a professional actor began in 2006, and since then, he has undertaken diverse roles in various countries, including Iran, Germany, Russia, and Australia.He is particularly known for his collaborations with acclaimed Iranian directors, notably Mohammad Rasoulof, with whom he has worked on multiple projects. His significant roles include performances in films like "I Am Not Angry!" by Reza Dormishian and "A Man of Integrity" (Lerd) by Mohammad Rasoulof, which earned critical acclaim.Most recently, Zare has garnered international attention for his leading role as Iman in Mohammad Rasoulof's 2024 film "The Seed of the Sacred Fig." In this politically charged drama, he portrays a newly appointed investigating judge in Tehran who descends into paranoia and distrust within his family as nationwide protests intensify. His nuanced portrayal of a man caught between his loyalty to the state and the unraveling of his personal life has been widely praised.
