Moon Woo-jin (born February 19, 2009) is a talented and rapidly rising South Korean actor who made his acting debut in 2016. Despite his young age, he has already amassed an impressive filmography in both television series and films. Moon Woo-jin gained early recognition for portraying the younger versions of lead characters in popular K-dramas such as 'What's Wrong with Secretary Kim' (2018), 'My ID is Gangnam Beauty' (2018), 'Arthdal Chronicles' (2019), 'Vagabond' (2019), 'It's Okay to Not Be Okay' (2020), and 'The King: Eternal Monarch' (2020), earning him the nickname "K-drama flashback king." He received his first Best Young Actor award at the 2020 KBS Drama Awards for his role in 'Once Again'. His film credits include 'Peninsula' (2020) and the upcoming supernatural thriller 'Dark Nuns' (2025), where he plays the possessed boy Hee-joon, a role for which he has been nominated for Best New Actor in Film at the 2025 Baeksang Arts Awards. In 2024, he won the Best Youth Actor award at the SBS Drama Awards for 'The Fiery Priest 2' and another Best Youth Actor award at the 2023 KBS Drama Awards for 'Dog Days of Summer', further solidifying his reputation as a gifted young performer.
