Mylène Jampanoï, born Lena Jam-Panoï on July 12, 1980, in Aix-en-Provence, France, is a multifaceted French actress, model, and visual artist. Her heritage is a blend of Chinese (from her father, who immigrated to France via Vietnam) and French-Breton (from her mother). Her acting career took off with a leading role in "The Chinese Botanist's Daughters" (2006) and gained international attention for her part in Pascal Laugier's controversial horror film "Martyrs" (2008). She has also appeared in Clint Eastwood's "Hereafter" (2010), the Serge Gainsbourg biopic "Gainsbourg: A Heroic Life" (2010), "Laurence Anyways" (2012), and the Netflix production "Madame Claude" (2021). Beyond film, she has also worked as a model, notably becoming the face of Dior Snow cosmetics in Asia in 2007. Jampanoï is also a painter whose works have been exhibited in Paris.
