"Carjackers" (2025) is a French action-crime film directed by Kamel Guemra, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Morade Aïssaoui and Sledge Bidounga. The movie centers on a group of young individuals – Nora, Zoé, Steve, and Prestance – who, by day, work discreetly as valets, hostesses, and bartenders in luxurious hotels, serving a wealthy clientele. However, by night, they form a highly organized and skilled "Carjackers" team, using their knowledge of the rich to steal their vehicles on the road, particularly focusing on those whose illicit activities they are aware of. As they plan their most audacious heist yet, the manager of a major hotel hires Elias, a ruthless hitman played by Franck Gastambide, to track them down and put an end to their operation. The film combines thrilling action sequences with emotional moments, exploring themes of friendship and loyalty as the team faces escalating danger.
