Nana Mori

Nana Mori (森 七菜) is a Japanese actress and singer, born on August 31, 2001, in Osaka Prefecture and raised in Ōita. She was discovered in 2016 while still in junior high school and began her career in entertainment with TV and film roles in 2017. Her early work included appearances in Tokyo Vampire Hotel and The Anthem of the Heart. Her breakthrough came in 2019 when she voiced Hina Amano, the female lead in Makoto Shinkai’s globally acclaimed anime film Weathering with You. This role earned her widespread recognition and several newcomer awards. Since then, Nana Mori has continued to build an impressive career with lead roles in films such as Liar × Liar, Last Letter, Insomniacs After School, and Cinderella of Midsummer, as well as the Netflix series The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House. In 2025, she appeared as Anri Segi in the romantic fantasy film First Kiss, further solidifying her reputation as a rising star. she is known for Kokuho (2025).
