Noah Segan

Noah Gideon Segan is an American actor, producer, and director born on October 5, 1983, in New York City. The grandson of the acclaimed American documentary photographer Arthur Rothstein, Segan was raised in a creative environment and began his acting career as a child, appearing in various television commercials and the soap opera Loving. He gained early recognition as the voice of Henry on the Nickelodeon animated series KaBlam! before transitioning into independent film. Segan is most widely recognized for his long-standing professional partnership with filmmaker Rian Johnson, appearing in every one of the director's feature films to date, including Brick (2005), The Brothers Bloom (2008), Looper (2012), and Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017). In the Knives Out franchise, he notably played the eager Trooper Wagner in the first film and the quirky houseguest Derol in the 2022 sequel Glass Onion. Beyond his work with Johnson, Segan has established himself as a prominent figure in the horror and cult film genres, starring in titles such as Deadgirl, Starry Eyes, and The Pale Door. In 2022, he expanded his repertoire by making his feature directorial debut with the Jewish-themed vampire comedy Blood Relatives, which he also wrote and starred in. Segan resides in Los Angeles and is married to Alison Bennett, a writer and producer known for her work on You're the Worst; the couple has two children. Known for his "cool guy" aesthetic and versatile character work, he continues to be a fixture in both high-profile studio projects and independent genre cinema, with an upcoming appearance slated for the third Knives Out installment, Wake Up Dead Man.
