Park Jeong-min
Park Jeong-min is a highly-acclaimed and versatile South Korean actor born on March 24, 1987. He is known for his ability to transform into a wide range of characters and is considered a prolific figure in the Chungmu-ro film industry. After initially dropping out of Korea University to pursue filmmaking, he switched his major to acting at the Korea National University of Arts. He made his screen debut in the 2011 independent film Bleak Night, for which he was nominated for Best New Actor.His career gained significant momentum with his breakthrough performance in the 2016 film Dongju: The Portrait of a Poet, where he won multiple Best New Actor awards. He has continued to impress with a diverse filmography, which includes a wide variety of genres, from comedy in Keys to the Heart (2018) to crime thrillers like Deliver Us from Evil (2020) and the action film Smugglers (2023). He is also recognized for his role as Jong-ryeo in the 2024 film Uprising.
