Born in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales, he trained in performing arts at Merthyr College and later graduated from De Montfort University in 2023. He secured a prominent role in Danny Boyle's 2025 horror sequel, 28 Years Later, which proved to be a breakthrough for him. In the film, he plays Jimmy Fox, one of the core members of the ruthless, acrobatic survivor cult known as the "Jimmys."
