Desjardins began her acting career in 2011, with early roles including the TV movie Magic Beyond Words: The J.K. Rowling Story, where she played a younger version of Rowling's sister, Diane, and the miniseries Clue. She has had recurring roles in several television series, such as Van Helsing, Project MC2, and Riverdale. She is also known for her roles in the YouTube Premium series Impulse, the Netflix thriller The Night Agent, and as Callie Sadecki in the Showtime series Yellowjackets, a role she began as a recurring character and was promoted to a main role for the third season.
