Shogo Sakata
Shogo Sakata (坂田 将吾, Sakata Shōgo) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyū) affiliated with Aoni Production. Born on January 23, 1998, in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, he was initially inspired to pursue voice acting during junior high school after reading a light novel and wanting to become its protagonist. Following high school graduation, he was educated at the Amusement Media Academy, and his career has been active since approximately 2017. He has since become known for several prominent roles, including Aki Hayakawa in Chainsaw Man, Usato in The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic, Algard von Palletia in The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady, Ranmaru Ai in Fairy Ranmaru, and Sensei in Blue Archive The Animation. His other notable roles include Akito Ashimine in Tsugumomo and Leviathan in the animated film My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission. His hobbies include reading, watching anime, and karaoke, and he is a fan of veteran voice actor Yoshitsugu Matsuoka.
