Tôma Ikuta (生田 斗真, Ikuta Tōma), born on October 7, 1984, in Muroran, Hokkaido, Japan, is a highly acclaimed Japanese actor. He began his entertainment career early as a child actor and has since become one of Japan's most recognizable and respected performers. Known for his versatility, Ikuta has starred in a wide range of genres in both film and television, earning numerous awards for his compelling portrayals. In the 2025 film Demon City, he takes on the lead role of Shûhei Sakata, a legendary ex-hitman who embarks on a brutal quest for revenge after his family is murdered. Some of his other notable works include Hana-Kimi, Ouran High School Host Club, Brain Man, Grasshopper, and The Mole Song film series. His intense and dedicated performance as the vengeful protagonist is central to the narrative of Demon City.
