Tommie Earl Jenkins (born November 13, 1965) is an American actor, singer, and dancer whose career spans over four decades across Broadway, London’s West End, television, and major video game franchises. Raised in Canton, Ohio, Jenkins originally trained as a classical ballet dancer with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater before moving to the United Kingdom, where he spent over 20 years building a prominent stage career. He is widely recognized for originating the role of Barry Belson in the musical Jersey Boys and for his celebrated performances in Cats and Fame. In the realm of digital media, he achieved global acclaim for his performance-capture role as Die-Hardman in Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding (2019), a performance that earned him several "Best Actor" awards for its emotional depth and nuance. In the 2026 film Greenland: Migration, Jenkins portrays General Sharpe, a high-ranking military official tasked with maintaining order as the Garrity family treks across a decimated Europe. His presence in the sequel adds to an increasingly busy filmography, which includes his role as Colonel Burdick in Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning (2025). On television, Jenkins has recently appeared in the Netflix hit Wednesday as Mayor Noble Walker and the sci-fi series Pandora as Professor Ellison Pevney.
