Viktoriya Evgenievna Isakova is a prominent Russian actress of both theater and film, born on October 12, 1976, in Khasavyurt, Dagestan ASSR. At the age of 13, she moved to Moscow with her family. She studied at the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts before transferring to the Moscow Art Theatre School, where she graduated in 1999. Her career began on stage, and for her performance in the play Viy, she won the prestigious "Seagull" Theatre Award in 2003.Isakova has an extensive and diverse filmography, gaining international recognition for her work. Some of her most notable film roles include Tochka (2006), for which she won the "Best Actress of the Year" award at the Chicago International Film Festival, and The Student (2016). She is also known for her television work, including the series To the Lake (2019-2022), and the Russian adaptation of Homeland, titled Rodina (2015). In the 2024 film Guest from the Future, she is listed in the cast. Over the course of her career, Isakova has received numerous awards and nominations, including the Golden Eagle Award and the Government Prize of the Russian Federation.
