Zaire Adams is an emerging American actor, singer, and dancer, often described as a "triple threat," who was born on July 6, 2005, in Laurel, Maryland. He began performing at a very young age, starting with singing in his church choir at age three, and later attended an acting academy. His professional career began in theatre, including a major role as Young Simba in Disney's Broadway production of The Lion King. Adams made the transition to film and television, with his breakthrough movie role coming in the 2022 Netflix comedy Senior Year as Young Seth Novacelik. He is also known for playing Andre in the Netflix series Freeridge, the spin-off of On My Block, a role he landed after six auditions for the original show. Adams is a Black queer creative who has spoken about the importance of authentic representation and has also launched a music career under the name ZAMI, releasing his debut single "Back to Lonely" and a forthcoming EP.
