Rebel Moon - Part Two: The Scargiver 2024

Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver, released in 2024, serves as the action-heavy conclusion to Zack Snyder’s initial two-part space epic. The film begins with Kora and her band of warriors returning to the moon of Veldt, where they discover that the brutal Admiral Atticus Noble has been resurrected and is returning with his dreadnought, the King’s Gaze, to seize their grain and destroy the village. To prepare for the imminent invasion, the warriors lead the villagers in an intensive three-day harvest, planning to use the wheat as leverage to prevent the Imperium from bombing them from orbit. During this time, the group shares their tragic origins, and Kora reveals her darkest secret: she was the one who personally shot Princess Issa during the royal family's assassination before fleeing the Motherworld. When the battle finally begins, the villagers and rebels use Guerilla tactics and trenches to repel the Imperium’s ground forces. In the ensuing chaos, the cyborg swordmaster Nemesis is killed while defending the village's children. Kora and Gunnar eventually infiltrate the dreadnought to destroy it from within; after a final showdown where Kora beheads Noble, they crash the ship, but Gunnar is mortally wounded and dies in Kora's arms. The movie concludes with the revelation that Princess Issa is actually still alive, setting the stage for a future quest to find the rightful heir. The lead cast features Sofia Boutella as Kora (the "Scargiver"), alongside Djimon Hounsou as the battle-hardened General Titus and Ed Skrein as the menacing Admiral Atticus Noble. Michiel Huisman plays Gunnar, the farmer-turned-hero, while Doona Bae portrays the cyborg Nemesis and Staz Nair appears as Tarak. The voice of the sentient mechanical knight, Jimmy, is provided by Anthony Hopkins, with Fra Fee playing the overarching antagonist, Regent Balisarius. Other key supporting roles include Elise Duffy as Milius, Cleopatra Coleman as Devra Bloodaxe, and Sky Yang as the defected soldier Aris. The film success was measured through its global performance on Netflix, where it debuted at #1 worldwide with approximately 21.4 million views in its first three days. By late 2024, the film had reached over 55.8 million cumulative views.Currently, the movie is available for streaming worldwide exclusively on Netflix in both its original PG-13 version and an expanded, R-rated director’s cut titled Chapter Two: Curse of Forgiveness, which includes nearly an hour of additional footage and a more mature tone.

M3GAN 2.0 Limited Edition Steelbook 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray + Digital

Original price was: $38.00.Current price is: $37.95.
The murderous doll who captivated pop culture is back. And this time she’s not alone. The original creative team behind that phenomenon--led by horror titans James Wan for Atomic Monster, Jason Blum for Blumhouse and director Gerard Johnstone--reboot an all-new wild chapter in A.I. mayhem with M3GAN 2.0. Two years after M3GAN, a marvel of artificial intelligence, went rogue and embarked on a murderous (and impeccably choreographed) rampage and was subsequently destroyed, M3GAN’s creator Gemma (Allison Williams) has become a high-profile author and advocate for government oversight of A.I. Meanwhile, Gemma’s niece Cady (Violet McGraw), now 14, has become a teenager, rebelling against Gemma’s overprotective rules. Unbeknownst to them, the underlying tech for M3GAN has been stolen and misused by a powerful defense contractor to create a military-grade weapon known as Amelia (Ivanna Sakhno; Ahsoka, Pacific Rim: Uprising), the ultimate killer infiltration spy. But as Amelia’s self-awareness increases, she becomes decidedly less interested in taking orders from humans. Or in keeping them around. With the future of human existence on the line, Gemma realizes that the only option is to resurrect M3GAN (Amie Donald, voiced by Jenna Davis) and give her a few upgrades, making her faster, stronger, and more lethal. As their paths collide, the original A.I bitch is about to meet her match. Directed by acclaimed returning filmmaker Gerard Johnstone, the film co-stars returning cast members Brian Jordan Alvarez and Jen Van Epps as Gemma’s loyal tech teammates, Cole and Tess, and new characters played by Aristotle Athari (Saturday Night Live, Hacks), Timm Sharp (Apples Never Fall, Percy Jackson and the Olympians) and Grammy winner and 11-time Emmy nominee Jemaine Clement (Avatar: The Way of Water, What We Do in the Shadows). Produced by James Wan, Jason Blum and Allison Williams, the film is executive produced by Gerard Johnstone, Adam Hendricks, Greg Gilreath, Michael Clear, Judson Scott and Mark D. Katchur.
