Since the real Santa Claus has gone into a quiet retirement and no one in the tech-savvy department knows his whereabouts, Yoyo must take matters into his own hands. He recruits a motley crew consisting of his traditionalist grandfather, a cynical HR elf named Coco, a loyal reindeer pup called Biscuit, and a high-speed packaging drone named Snowflake. Together, they embark on a worldwide journey to locate Father Christmas and prove that the holiday spirit cannot be managed by an algorithm.
