When a vengeful hacker takes control of the entire digital infrastructure and threatens to delete Christmas from every calendar on Earth, the modernized elves are paralyzed because they no longer know how to function without their computers. Since the real Santa Claus has gone into a quiet retirement and no one in the tech-savvy department knows his whereabouts, Yoyo must take matters into his own hands. He recruits a motley crew consisting of his traditionalist grandfather, a cynical HR elf named Coco, a loyal reindeer pup called Biscuit, and a high-speed packaging drone named Snowflake. Together, they embark on a worldwide journey to locate Father Christmas and prove that the holiday spirit cannot be managed by an algorithm.
